Tiny Tots

At around the age of 18 months, children are very curious and active. They are energetic, eager learners seeking information though observation, exploration and manipulation. They have many things to learn, yet spend a very short time at each activity.

Tiny Tots need frequent opportunities to make choices while testing their independence. The children are learning new skills in thinking and talking. Planned activities and experience in the classroom are both teacher- and self-directed. These activities support physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

We offer a safe, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment. This, in conjunction with care given by our teachers, creates a sense of security, which enhances self-esteem, exploration, and independence.
