Infant Care

We offer developmental care for infants from six weeks of age developing both minds and bodies in a safe and friendly environment. This care is much more than attending a baby’s basic needs, such as being fed, changed, and kept safe and clean.

Developmental care also includes taking care of a baby’s needs to be nurtured, to be given things to look at and listen to, to play in a variety of areas, and to be given help to do more things on their own.

Infants develop physically at a rapid rate. Each sensory and motor skill becomes a foundation for continued development. We offer opportunities for exploration and development in the areas appropriate for infants. Your child’s personal schedule and preferences are taken into account when activities are planned. Each day you will receive a note recounting your child’s day.
